Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will process a refund, deducting the shipping and handling charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
